This course provides students a step-by-step approach guides through the process of writing. It helps students to understand and apply key concepts and rules to make progress in essay writing.

The aim of the course is to build student confidence in their writing skill. The students will learn how to get started, develop, revise, and edit their working drafts. At the end of the semester, they should be able to produce a well-formed essay. Thus, students should be prepared to do writing assignment.
