課程概述
本課程主要針對就業初期階段所可能面臨到的求職及工作上的權益與問題進行探討。透過課程中的討論與學習,使學生在投入職場時,能在工作應徵、工作權益保障,和工作環境的人事互動上有更完善的準備.
課程目標
1.建立同學完善的就業職能態度
2.提供同學應徵及就業後的工作權益法規的理解
3.培養同學就業初期階段之工作投入及人際關係的能力
課程大綱
本課程共分為動機職能、行為職能及知識職能三大部份,其課程內容簡述如下:
(一)動機職能:實施在於訓練對個人優勢之認知,以建立職涯發展願景,促進發揮專業敬業精神,有效自律自制,深刻理解職場倫理及社會化意識,用以務實展現每一個人外顯績效,增進每一個人在職場之魅力與競爭力。
(二)行為職能:認同組織體制與自我定位,瞭解工作夥伴運作之效益與必要性,透過有效溝通協調機制,發揮團隊合作的綜效,以體諒包容思維,面對衝突,超越障礙化解衝突,形成務實有用的內部及外部互動協作力量。
(三)知識職能:認識大環境及職務脈動趨向,積極促進學習與創新,建立工作價值概念與成本意識、掌握知識資訊與運用技能,有效察覺職場問題與機會,洞察解題方法與策略,以有效訓練成為知識經濟社會中一個有準備的人力資本
英文大綱
The course is divided into three parts: motivational function, behavioral function and knowledge function. The course content is as follows:
(1) Motivation function: The implementation lies in training the cognition of individual advantages, establishing the vision of career development, promoting professional professionalism, self-discipline and self-discipline, deep understanding of workplace ethics and social awareness, and pragmatically demonstrating each individual's explicit performance. To enhance the charm and competitiveness of everyone in the workplace.
(2) Behavioral function: Identify the organizational system and self-positioning, understand the benefits and necessity of the work of the working partners, and use the effective communication and coordination mechanism to bring into play the synergy of teamwork, to understand the inclusive thinking, to face conflicts, to overcome conflicts and resolve conflicts. Form a pragmatic and useful internal and external interaction and collaboration.
(3) Knowledge function: Recognize the general environment and job pulsation trend, actively promote learning and innovation, establish work value concept and cost consciousness, master knowledge information and application skills, effectively detect workplace problems and opportunities, and gain insight into problem solving methods and strategies to effectively Training becomes a prepared human resource in the knowledge economy society.
