本課程研習重點可分類如下：(一)消費者權益、(二)消費者保護團體、(三)行
政監督、(四)消費爭議之處理、(五)罰則等，以及本法與其他各種法律之間所
發生的問題探討。

1.習法的同學務必探求本法的立法旨趣，研習各種在現代生活的消費行為，
有無確實保障消費者的權益。
2.透過本課程之研討，加強消費者之意識能力，促使企業經營者有「法」的
意識及義務，採取對消費者之保護措施。
