The purpose of this course is to help students have the concept of human development, cognitive theories, behavioral theories and how a teacher accommodate instruction to individual needs.

This course fouces on English teaching. The main teaching theories are selected by the instructor. The students are able to:
1.understand the approaches of English teaching
2.main theories related to teaching English as a foriegn language
3.understand the relationship between theory and practice
