本課程旨在討論市場交易的原理，特別是完全競爭市場。若市場有其他條件改變時，消費者與生產者之間的交易行為，將如何受到影響。此外，也將介紹整個經濟體系最重視的三個基本問題---國民所得、物價指數、失業率之定義及衡量。
The topics of course are to discuss the principles of market transaction, especially in the perfectly competitive market. If there are other conditions to change in market, the transactions between consumers and producers will how to be affected. Moreover, the course will also introduce three basic definitions and measures in economic system --- national income, price index, and unemployment rate.
