The objective of this course is to introduce students the principles and concepts of operations management. Questions and discussions are welcome in the class.

At the end of this course, students will be able to learn and understand the concepts of forecasting, product & service design, capacity planning, management of quality & quality control, inventory management, scheduling, supply chain management, and project management, and their applications.
