學習三用電錶、示波器、波形產生器等儀器之使用，了解基本電子元件之原理與基礎應用電路，使其具備量測與學習實際應用電路之能力。

1熟悉三用電錶、示波器與訊號產生器之使用方法
2了解基本電子元件之特性與功能，以及基本應用電路
3能以電子儀器執行電子應用電路之實驗量測，及數據之分析
4能了解基礎電子學之專業英文名詞
