依交易過程先後敘述其內容，從初步接洽開始，中間經報價、接受訂約、以迄交貨、付款為止，作有條理的說明，本學期著重契約完成後的出進口流程， 如運輸的安排、 通關流程、 付款風險的規避等， 並附實習題讓學生練習及操作。

1.依照交易過程先後，敘述其內容，使學生對全部交易過程，能獲得完整正確的概念。
2.依國際經貿情勢變化，隨時補充新穎且豐富的資料。
3.依課程進度，提供實習題，使學生能熟悉貿易實務的演練及應用，以達融會貫通。
4.因應貿易電子化的潮流，將交易電子化的部份及相關網站之網址列出，讓學生充分參考利用
