必修

修課學生必須參加電子工程研究所及通訊工程研究所邀請之校內外學者、專家有關專業領域或人文、管理之專題演講或參加校內外研討會，以吸收科技新知及關懷社會。另安排優秀研究生報告論文進度及成果讓其他師生互相參考指正，使論文更加完善。

1.培養學生具基礎研究能力以便能參與團隊研究，並具有良好的表達能力及報告撰寫能力。
2.落實研究所之教育目標中第3項─培養終身學習與社會關懷之人格特質與第4項─培養宏觀思考、視野與終身發展的能力，應予加強落實。
3.加強領導、管理與規劃之能力。

1.邀請校內外專家學到校主講電子、通訊專業領域之專題。
2.邀請校內外專家學到校主講領導、管理與規劃之專題。
3.學生發表有關其論文領域之專題。
4.學生自行參加校內外有關管理、人文領域之專題演講。
5.學生撰寫至少3篇心得報告。

1. Attend the lectures given by scholars and specialists on electronics and communication fields.
2. Attend the lectures given by scholars and specialists on leadership, management and organization fields.
3. Assign some excellent graduates to speak to all the graduates of the department on progress and results of their dissertations.
4. The graduates may attend the symposiums and lectures on management and humanities outside the department arbitrarily, then write a report.
5. Each graduate must submit at least 3 written reports on what he has learned about management and humanities.
