Sophomore English

Sophomore English aims to enhance students’ English proficiency from listening and reading practices, to develop strategies in dealing with listening and writing tasks, and to develop cultural understanding and critical thinking.

延續大一英文課程，加強單字能力、增加口語與寫作練習份量，並進一步加強英文能力檢定測驗之準備工作。

1. During the course, the students explore real world issues, discuss academic topics, and study content-based and thematic materials.
2. Students' English proficiency of four skills can be built up gradually.
2. Students learn tools that promote critical thinking skills crucial to success in the academic world.
