This course will provide clear models and springboards to teach student how to write academic essays.

The goal of this course is to provide enough opportunities to help students practice writing strategies that taught in classes. The strategies include:
1. vocabulary activities build language for writing.
2. acadenuc word study prpares students for academic work
3. language presentations are written with formal grammar terminology
4. essential and troblesome grammar points and mechanics are presented and practiced
5.reading and example paragraphs and essays provide models for writing
