課程概述
著重於氨基酸、蛋白質、碳水化合物、脂質、核酸之組成、結構與活性分析以及酵素之催化反應。
課程目標
1.了解各種氨基酸、蛋白質的結構、性質、功能。2.熟悉酵素之反應動力學、抑制作用及應用。3.了解醣類之結構及生物功能。4.了解脂質、生物膜及細胞輸送。5.了解DNA與RNA:構造、功能、複製、轉錄、轉譯。

(2)了解各種蛋白質的結構、性質、功能。
(3)熟悉酵素之反應動力學、抑制作用及應用。
(4)了解醣類之結構及生物功能。
(5)了解脂質、生物膜及細胞輸送。
