課程概述
This course offers students basic knowledge and understanding of Greek and Roman mythologies as well as opportunities to read and understand the Bible as a collection of interesting reading material. Literary elements such as stories, miracles, epics, parables, miracles, and historical aspects will enrich their academic experience.
課程目標
The purpose of course is to enable students to:
1.Identify mythological and biblical figures in paintings and other visual
representations in various areas of art and knowledge.
2.Understand the use of mythological and biblical allusions in the two great
resources for western literature.
3.Gain some knowledge concerning the psychological significance of the Bible and
Greek and Roman mythologies.
4.By reading and studying the stories, parables, and historical knowledge in the
Bible, students can have a clearer picture of the way Western civilization was
built and has ever since developed.
