The course is designed for the purpose of providing knowledge to sophomore college students who are taking catering and hospitality lessons and continuing their training in the filed of service industry.

Students will be able to obtain a great comprehension of English usage in listening, speaking, reading and writing.

以旅館、餐飲兩大領域的課程為基礎,漸進式培養學生專業技能。
英文大綱
The course is divided into Restaurants (Part 1) and Hotels (Part 2) which help students to learn step by step and strengthen their practical skills.
