課程概述
本課程旨在探討教育政策的意涵、規劃、法制、執行及其評鑑,並以中央、地方及學校教育政策為例予以說明並評鑑三級教育政策。
Course aims to explore the implication, planning, legal aspect and implementation of Educational Policy and its evaluation. Also look at the roles of central and local governments plus that of individual school’s educational policy as examples to explain as well as evaluate this 3 layered educational policy.
課程目標
1.能明析教育政策的意涵、規劃及執行。
To be able to analyze the implication, planning and implementation of Educational Policy.
2.能解析教育政策的法制化歷程。
To be able to analyze the legalizing process of Educational Policy.
3.能分析教育政策的指標及評鑑。
To be able to analyze the indicator and evaluation matrix of Educational Policy.
4.能解析中央教育政策,並評鑑其適切性。
To be able to analyze Central Government’s Educational Policy and evaluation of its suitability.
5.能解析地方教育政策,並評鑑其適切性。
To be able to analyze Local Government’s Educational Policy and evaluation of its suitability.
